Welcome to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons electronic evaluation program.

This year, the evaluation process for attendees of the ASPS Annual Meeting is electronic. All session evaluations and the overall meeting evaluation will be completed on-line. CME credit will be awarded upon completion and submission of the evaluations for each session attended.

What you need to know:

• You will be asked to enter your LAST NAME and REGISTRANT ID number in order to complete the evaluations and receive CME
credit. Your REGISTRANT ID is located on your badge or confirmation letter.

• CME credit will be awarded upon attendance verification and completion and submission of the evaluation for all sessions attended.

• Physicians will be awarded credit. Other healthcare professionals may request a certificate of participation by contacting
memserv@plasticsurgery.org.

• The Evaluation/CME site will be live at: www.plasticsurgery.org through November 25, 2008. You will be able to complete the evaluations
from your home or office computers through that date.
